Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Plumbeous Vireo & Black-throated Blue Warbler at SDSU
On Saturday morning we stumbled onto a Plumbeous Vireo while looking for the Black-throated Blue Warbler at SDSU.  The vireo was in a sycamore close to the Turtle Pond in the Scripps Cottage area here about noon: 32.775784, -117.072746

The continuing Black-throated Blue Warbler was back at one of its favorite haunts in a tipu tree at the corner of the Experimental Theater building around 12:30pm here: 32.775253, -117.072123  When it left it crossed the Campanile Mall east to the eucalyptus trees lining the Love Library.

The eBird list is here: https://ebird.org/checklist/S288466007

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
