Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Varied Thrush at B&B
A Varied Thrush was reported this morning between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. via eBird, and several of us recently arrived (11AM) and have refound the bird at the western edge of the main garden just before the several pine trees that form the West boundary of the garden proper, especially near the one pomegranate tree.

Shortly before now, I was at Sweetwater Reservoir and there are now seven Snow Geese at the upper end.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
