Coming home on Bloomery Rd, I saw some ducks on the water and a pair of adult eagles sitting side-by-side in a sycamore tree. Near Moulton Park, there was a big white bird on the water. Looked like a swan. I decided it was worth getting my binoculars and go back.
The raft of ducks turned out to be Hooded Mergansers. The Tundra Swan was still there. So beautiful and regal.
