I am afraid the road access to Bear Meadows/Alan Seeger may be icy and treacherous once this rain refreezes tomorrow, so I think I would be happy to opt out of that mountain route and do the North of Park Ave route instead.

One of the participants in the State College CBC is no longer able to do his route on Dec 14 this coming Sunday, and that route is now available. If you would like to do the route, please contact me as soon as possible.
