In case you haven't seen Norman Smith talk before, I wanted to say that he's a GREAT presenter and storyteller... and he's also done lots of really interesting things, which makes his presentations both informative & interesting. In other words, I can't recommend going to see one of his talks highly enough - they are really well done. I've seen him several times before, and if possible I will go to this one as well!
