Weather: Solid cloudy skies with temps in the teens .No precipitation. Winds started ESE then turned E with range of mph 2-10.
Raptor Observations: Total count was 29 with a nice look at a male harrier going over watch, 3 distant UR's that could have been eagles but flew down into valley. 18 GE and 4 BE. All nice looks but white cloud background made distinguishing colors a little difficult. Adult BE's 11:40,12:13,2:20. Sub BE 12:13. Adult GE- 11:34,11:40,11:40,12:11,2:20,2:27,2:54,2:57,3:29,3:29,3:30 3:41,3:42,3:50,3:56,4:33,4:44,4:46. GE sub 11:37,11:40,12:20,4:44. There were multiple eagles in sky at a time and some were heavily cropped. most flapped as they flew by.
