Observers:
Visitors: Father and 2 children, 4 young adults, 4 adults dressed like hunters all vista viewers
Weather: 33 to 36 degrees F, light variable winds all day from N, E, NE, and S, 100 % cloud cover all day but visibility good
Please note: road up to watch has snow and ice around the curves near top and the flat road out to watch is completely snow and ice covered as is the watch area
Raptor Observations: no birds seen not even a TV
Non-raptor Observations: Downy and Red Bellied WP,5 Juncos, 1 white throated sparrow, 2 cardinals, 2 blue jays and 2 chickadeesF
