Wouldn’t an immature Williamson’s still have prominent white eyebrows, a
white striped cheek, and white on the coverts? This doesn’t seem to have
those. This has a totally black head except for the chin and totally black
wings. I could almost see a black backed but the head is similarly missing
a white-striped moustache
