- Comments: "Yellow belly extending to throat, where it is only slightly smudged. Back is a warm olive green. Bill is longer than Cassin’s and a slightly masked appearance over eye. Tail is forked without white marking. Did not vocalize. See photos."

In tule calling. Similar call to Black Phoebe which there were a pair of in the area but slightly different tone and more incessant. Smaller than SOSP but hard to get good visuals."
