Weather:
Rain and fog in the morning delayed observations. Overcast then partly
cloudy, temp 10C, light NE wind 7mph, visb 15km
Raptor Observations:
No migrating raptors seen. One local Cooper's Hawk and a local adult Bald
Eagle.
Non-raptor Observations:
White-winged Scoter, Forster's Tern, Brown Pelican, Am Goldfinch.
Predictions:
Fog early then sunny, high 57F, West wind 5-10mph
