On pond E4, standing on the banks: 10 great egrets, 14 snowy egrets, 10 common mergansers. Elsewhere, overflight by an osprey, lots of buffleheads, a few ring-necked ducks, both sexes of kingfisher, and a pair of American widgeons in addition to the usual suspects.
Do not disclose information that identifies the location of nesting birds of any species, to minimize stress on the nesting birds and the risk of vandalism or abuse.
