I’ve been searching park and open space ordinances and I can find none
(unfortunately) that prohibit drones or RC planes besides along the
coastline. Yesterday, on that same trail at Laguna, though, were two people
on motorized mini bike type vehicles. Those are indeed prohibited, as are
pets off leash or on a lead longer than 6 feet. (A frequent violation!) I
just want to make sure I’m correctly stating and understanding the
regulations before I speak to anyone. Is there anything I’m missing?
