111725/0716 Hi, If you can get somewhere that has lots of pine trees between Claremont and Coastal Orange County I would do that this morning. I just had a mixed flock of Red Crossbills calling while flying over wheeler park, in Claremont, Los Angeles County. Some of them sounded more like American Robins even though they were the size and shape of house finches and the others sounded like the ones I've used to hearing up in the San Gabriel Mountains. Tom
