Weather: Cold with 20 to 30mph winds and gusts up to 40 or more. Various cloud cover during the day. Snow squalls from 12:30 to 2pm.
Raptor Observations: Adult GE's 7:53, 8:32 Local TV's, Bv's, Red-tails not counted.
