Weather: A chilly and windy day. Cloudy most of the day, with clearing towards the end of the count. WNW 10-15mph, with gusts 30mph. Temps 40 to 49 degrees F.
Raptor Observations: Bald Eagles - 7 adult and 2 immatures counted. Golden eagles - 1 subadult, 1 unaged counted
Local RTs and 2 Bald Eagles not counted. One Red shoulder hawk dropped behind the tree line in front of us and was not seen passing hawk watch, not counted.
