Weather: Very windy and cold. Beautiful hawk watching clouds, just no hawks. Temperatures in the 50's winds mostly from the west at 14 to 20 mph with higher gusts.
Raptor Observations: Locals were reasonably active but not migrants, Locals: TV, BV, BE, RT and CH
Non-raptor Observations:
