Subject: [OrangeCountyBirding] Scarlet Tanager at Westminster Memorial Park is back
I re-found the Scarlet Tanager this morning that is now being seen in the Ash Trees at the corner of the entrance road and Hazard Court. Basically where Jim Pike found it yesterday. I also saw it (originally) just west of Lakeside Chapel along the chain link fence of the “Undeveloped Cemetery Property” (a dirt lot with a Castor Bean “island”) which borders what I would call “the rose garden” in the second ash found along said fence. (33.7483594, -117.9957480) Walk along the grass of the “rose garden.” I also saw the tanager fly into the Castor Bean shrubs.
