Weather: Temp = 10-11C/50-52F, Consistently strong westerly winds swinging from NNW to WSW throughout with gusts producing "binocular shake". Cloud cover from 60% to 15% by end of watch. Excellent visibility.
Raptor Observations: Not a lot of migrants noted but great looks at both the harrier (juv) and peregrine (adult). Local bald eagle activity higher in am, giving way to very high local BV & TV activity in pm. Local red-taileds constantly kiting throughout.
Non-raptor Observations: One common loon, flock of ~ 100 common grackle.
