Weather: Cold temps started -2.1 to -2.8 C in the afternoon. Periodic snow showers with sun rays coming through areas in valley. West wind with gusts up to 29 mph.
Raptor Observations: Sightings of RT's in valley flying closely to ridge. 5 of the at least 10 different RT's were migratory. No TV's seen migratory or otherwise.
Non-raptor Observations: Ravens, crows, piliated wp ,downy wp, juncos, blue jays, couple angry chickadees, tufted titmouses that didn't stay long. Forgot to bring seeds. 16 loons and heard snow geese.
