Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Bay-breasted Warbler in Jacumba
There's a young female type Bay-breasted Warbler in residential Jacumba Thursday morning, first seen with a couple yellow rumps In the Northeast part of town next to the corner of Seeley and Carriso, and then 45 minutes later refound just one block away at the corner of Brawley and Carriso. Frequenting pine trees as well as deciduous trees. Photos. When originally found it was traveling with a couple Yellow rumps, but when seen the second time it was by itself. This could be a needle in a haystack situation. Still just one Harris's Hawk remaining around town.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
