Weather: Temp = 13-17C/55-63F, light to moderate winds out of the NW, clear skies to 10% cloud cover at end of watch with more clouds moving in from west. Bit of haze but visibility still good.
Raptor Observations: The five migrants noted were all recorded by 11:15 and after that the skies were pretty barren. Even the local raptors seemed to take a siesta after 11:30. A peregrine came in from the north, spent about 3-4 minutes soaring, and headed back north and was not counted.
