The Sandhills were originally on the fallow pulled-vineyard field to the west of Fern Canyon pond which is adjacent to the Old River Road (west side). The field is beyond that but is on private property… so if you look tomorrow please just view or scope from along the Old River Road. The birds may or may not return to this field. Good luck.
