Weather: Temperatures 50-60 degrees. Mostly clear skies with a few clouds showing up in the afternoon made for challenging viewing. Minimal winds from the east turning southerly
Raptor Observations: Despite the challenging conditions and lack of decent winds some Turkey Vultures and Red-shouldered Hawks were moving through.
Predictions: Could be a slow one. cloudy with light SW winds and a slight chance of light rain.
