Visitors: Max's babysitter and husband - Nelson and Stella Burkholder. (Max is the young boy from the Shippensburg area who has visited a couple times.) They were hoping to see a GE. They did not see one on their morning visit. They stopped again in the afternoon on their way home. As they pulled out of the parking lot, a GE flew by and I was able to point to the sky in hopes they would see it. They turned around and came back and asked if it was a GE. They were thrilled! Randy and David Pfarr from Johnstown were at their camp in Treaster Valley and stopped to chat for a while. They said they will be back.
Weather: Cool with winds out of the ESE all day. Winds were fairly steady most of the day. High clouds all day.
Raptor Observations: Many TV not counted. First bird at 9:16 (Harrier).
Non-raptor Observations: Local RT, TV not counted. Nemo and friends were around most of the day.
