Subject: [mou-net] MOU RQD submissions webpage |
The website for submitting rqds is behaving strangely. Once a user hits
Submit, it just starts spinning until it times out.
The rqd is actually submitted and can be found in our database, so it
"works", but the spinning can make one think it didn't work.
We're working on a fix of this cosmetic issue.
