For those who are going to chase this bird: bring a scope and patience. The bird is part of a large flock of Brown-headed Cowbird, Tri-colored Blackbird, Red-winged Blackbird, Brewer's Blackbird, and whatnot. You're going to have to search for it from a distance of about 100 yards. It seems to like to drink from the rectangular watering trough. Thanks Nick.
