Weather: Consistent strong winds from the west all day, ranging from 15-20mph with high gusts. Mostly cloudy to overcast conditions and scattered light flurries as well.
Raptor Observations: Scattered flight line, SSW and SW. We believe some raptors were being pushed out of view to the south and were unseen. First bird of the day was a low-flying immature northern harrier! Almost all bald eagles were fairly low flying but goldens seen were distant. One morning AGOS, unaged, seen flying close to the ridgeline and identified by flight pattern.
