Weather: Cool and windy to start the day. As the day went on, it became seasonably warmer until the full cloud cover and winds picked up around 2:00. Then, the temp dropped due to heavy cloud cover.
Raptor Observations: Local raptors not counted. First bird GE at 10:57. Most were flying on the southern side of Jack's until mid afternoon when the winds switched. Then flight was on the northern side of Jack's.
