Weather: Very strong Valley Winds from the south (10-15 mph) lasted until 10:30, very cold wind chill. Calmed down after that. SSE/SE winds all morning.
Raptor Observations: First bird counted Red-Tail (11:25). 1 imm/female Harrier. Most of the morning birds were heading NE, not counted (1 imm. Bald, 1 adult Bald, 1 adult Red-shouldered, several Red-tails and TVs).
