Good news from AGFC on thr Lake Conway project. The best news for us birders is that they are planning to provide access to Bell Slough WMA--North at the historic point of entry after construction of the dam is complete 2027 Not sure yet what the structure will be or when, but since the current acces is closed until late 2027, the only current access to the WMA is via Mallard Cove, about a half mile northeast of the usual (but currently closed) access point.Here's the latest update: https://www.agfc.com/news/dam-olition-begins-at-lake-conway/Patty McLean Conway AR
