Wind W/WNW, mostly 6-9 mph, sky cloudy most of the day, clearing some
mid-afternoon, a brief shower late
*Raptor Observations:*
GE: 1123 Ad, 1145 Unk, 1410 Unk (Ad or Sub). None followed a typical path.
1) was seen trying to slip by low on the NW; 2) was seen about 4 mi away in
the Allegheny Front foothills to the N; and 3) came off the foothills to BE
Mt and disappeared into the clouds as the rain approached, presumably to
avoid it. BE: 1 Ad, 1 Imm
