Weather: Chilly day with steady winds from the west and cloudy skies.
Raptor Observations: Local Turkey Vultures, Black Vultures and Red-tailed Hawks, not counted. Migrators were flying low but were traveling down both sides of Jacks Mountain. A local Red-tail escorted an immature Bald Eagle past the over-look.
