The problems with the MOU website all pertain to the portion of the code written in perl ( a computer language). The php code (another language used) is running fine. Most of the website is written in php, but it was begun in perl, so that code is older and controls some fairly fundamental processes -- like logging in.
If your log in cookies haven't expired, then you can probably at least get onto the website (though with limited ability to run all its functions). If they have expired, then you can't even log in at this time.
I'm in discussions with our server host as to what got lost overnight to prevent the perl code from running properly, but I don't have any answers yet.
