Subject: [CT Birds] Many Parasitic Jaegers - Hammonasset Beach SP
I had up to 5 Parasitic Jaegers at Hammonasset today, during Low Tide
rising, around 1230 to 300 pm. At Meigs Point, I observed 3 and others had
several prior. I'd obtained photos of a light non breeding adult as others
had moved on to searching for a distant Shearwater, sp. Later from the
nearby pavilion, Matt Male called out one flying East towards Meigs Point.
I immediately obtained a photo of two dark Parasitic Jaegers flying
together.

I'm speculating, but once observations are compiled the total count for
today may have been 10 or so.
