Weather:
Cool and windy. Day started with temperature in the mid 40's and only got
to the low 60's. Winds shifting from NE to S from 4 to 14 mph. Some
clouds all day to help, but not enough birds to fill them.

Raptor Observations:
Slower than yesterday, and generally pretty high. Locals: TV, BV, BE, CH
and RT.

Non-raptor Observations:
Second day in a row with an odd ending. Yesterday and man and women went by
walking their dog and Kestrel. The Kestrel was on a leash but the dog
wasn't. Today for the last half hour, two F-14 circled around over the
park, slowly moving north until 4 o'clock when they shot overhead heading
south. The only other interesting thing was a flock of about 30 blue
balloons migrating from SE to NW.

Predictions:
Slightly warmer, starting in the upper 50's and climbing to the upper 60's,
but with cloudy skies and a chance of rain at some point in the day. Winds
will be mostly from the east plus the Bark in the Park is tomorrow and will
complicate the counters job.
