Subject: [BostonBirds] 10/9 Fenway Warblers, Thrushes, Etc.
I birded from 10:15-3:30 in this wonderful area. Quite an array of warblers in the same vine at 2:50 p.m. in the beginning of Row X

Double-crested Cormorant 1
Wood Duck 5
accipiter sp. 1
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 3 two war memorial area one in large elm near Boylston St. Bridge
Eastern Phoebe 1+
Golden-crowned Kinglet 2 max.
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 2 max.
Swainson's Thrush 2 one a bit beyond Japanese Bell eating crab apples on left; one in above-mentioned elm
Hermit Thrush 1
Orange-crowned Warbler 1 at 2:50 p.m.; beginning of Row X and in the two lindens; with Nashville and Blackpoll
Nashville Warbler 1 at 2:50 p.m.
Blackpoll Warbler 3 at 2:50 p.m.
Common Yellowthroat 2
Black-throated Blue Warbler 1 war memorials area
Yellow-rumped Warbler 2 war memorials area
White-throated Sparrow 20
Swamp Sparrow 1
Dark-eyed Junco 8 minimum
Italian Lizard 1 in large pollinators plot
