- Comments: "Solitary-type vireo in parking lot tree closest to the dumpster. It showed only the slightest hint of yellow on the flanks. Otherwise, belly and breast and throat white. Back and crown gray showing no contrast between the two areas. White 'spectacles' connected across the face over the bill. Singing softly much of the time we spent with it."

- Comments: "Merlin heard it but I didn't. Then it heard it again. Searched Spooky Cove (NE arm/cove - 34.442738, -119.848573) and found it perched on the bulrush. Darkly streaked, looked just like current pictures. Flew by me to the South as I was taking out my camera.
Saw again as it flew by me again back to it's original location. Foraged for a few moments in the shallow water/mud, tail bobbing. Flew back into the bulrush.
Saw it a few more times. Mostly traveling from it's original location around to the South of me and occasionally straight across the cove. Vocalizing often."

- Comments: "Flitting from tree to tree in the riparian segment of the park adjacent to the flowing creek. Moved along branches similar in style to a nuthatch. Small warbler with distinctive black and white striped markings. Black and white stripes on crown. Black thick patch extending back from eye (male)."
