Winds moderate but from the south, 10 to 12 mph. Raptor Observations: A Northern Harrier was spotted flying North Non-raptor Observations: 7 Double-crested Cormorant Predictions: 50 to 60% chance of rain in the morning may delay the start of the count. After around 11 rain should be gone and winds 12 to 14 mph from the Northwest, so there is a potential for movement tomorrow, best winds of the season so far. Some clouds should be around all day to help. ======================================================================== Report submitted by John Mercer (<mercer1135...>) Rose Tree Park information may be found at:https://bcdelco.org/activities/rose-tree-park-hawkwatch/ More site information at hawkcount.org: https://hawkcount.org/siteinfo.php?rsite=105
