Subject: [BostonBirds] Lincoln's Sparrow and Black=throated Blue Warblers in Fenway, Etc.
What fun was had today in the Fenway. We got two more drug needles picked up, for a total of six this week. Oh yeah, and I got some nice birds:

Great Blue Heron 1
Wood Duck 3 other side of river from gardens; near Boylston Street Bridge
Red-tailed Hawk 2
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker 1 near beginning of ROW U; landed in tree next to giant Silver Maple
Black-throated Blue Warbler 2 fem in large elm next to compost area; male along The Fenway (opposite Emmanuel College gatehouse)
Common Yellowthroat 1
Lincoln's Sparrow 1+ F.O.Y. Row X and later to right of beginning of ROW U; calling too! (sort of a warbler chip crossed with a junco call)
White-throated Sparrow 16
Dark-eyed Junco 2

LEPIDS:

Orange Sulphur 1
Clouded Sulphur 1
Cabbage White 5
Monarch 1+

REPTILES:

Italian Lizard 1
