Weather: Morning fog cleared after the first half hour. Sluggish southerly winds Clear skies gave way to a few afternoon clouds Temperature reached the upper 70s F
A nice day for hanging out at the park but not migrating.
Raptor Observations: Five migrating birds representing 4 species. The usual local raptors and vultures. A Merlin was spotted being harassed by a red-tail. It escaped but did not appear to be migrating.
Non-raptor Observations: Relatively small numbers of Chimney Swifts and Tree Swallows.. Common Raven:2 Monarch: 7
Predictions: Similar to today and yesterday with perhaps some more clouds.
