Weather: Clear to partly cloudy skies in the afternoon with light WNW winds throughout the day and strong heat encouraging strong thermals.
Raptor Observations: Great late day look at sub-adult golden interacting with several bald eagles, including an aerial talon grab.
Non-raptor Observations: Chimney swift, yellow-bellied sapsucker, red-bellied woodpecker, Blue-headed vireo, red-eyed vireo, Tree swallow, red-breasted nuthatch, both species of kinglet, tennessee, nashville, northern parula, magnolia, Cape May, black-throated blue, yellow-rumped, black-throated green, blackburnian, blackpoll and palm warblers in low numbers but great diversity.
