Where to Go Birding highlights "The Bent of the River Audubon Center, Southbury, Connecticut” by Corrie Folson-O’Keefe, Robin Ladouceur, Allison Middlemass, and Glen Somogie.

Feature articles include the “Sixth Report of the Rhode Island Avian Records Committee” by Shaibal Mitra (Chair), Paul L'Etoile (Secretary), Robert Emerson, Rachel Farrell, Alan Kneidel, Samuel Miller, and Scott Tsagarakis and “The Status of the Mew Gull Complex in Massachusetts: Special 28th Report of the Massachusetts Avian Records Committee (MARC)” by Marshall J. Iliff. Also featured is John Kricher’s column "John’s World of Birds – Show Stopper: A Yellow-billed Cuckoo on Display.” Two photo essays depict Common Gulls and Short-billed Gull.

As usual, we include Musings from the Blind Birder by Martha Steele, Bygone Birds by Robert Stymeist, Bird Sightings for May-June 2025 by Jason Forbes and Robert Stymeist, At a Glance by Wayne Petersen, and Hot Birds by Joshua Rose. Mark Lynch’s book review will return in December.
