Weather: Very wispy clouds in the morning becoming completely sunny by afternoon. Southeast winds dropping in speed later in the day.
Raptor Observations: Good start in the morning becoming very slow in the afternoon. However with all blue sky may have missed some birds. Redtails around all day not counted
