We decided the 3rd day of the government shutdown would be an appropriate
time to bird Bertha. It is a campground along New River in the Bluestone
Wildlife Management Area and a cooperative arrangement between the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers and the WV Division of Natural Resources.
