Observers:
Weather: Winds shifting during the day starting from the NNW turning to the E in the afternoon. Warm temperatures with very high clouds as most planes were beneath them. Clouds were somewhat wispy with some blue showing thru.
Raptor Observations: Birds were Very High, often out of naked eye range. Mostly found by scanning with binos high overhead. The flight at least was directly overhead. I’m sure I missed many birds. Several Adult Bald Eagles Not counted, seen several pairs sometimes 3 at a time. Seem to be a pair escorting Single thur their territory.
Non-raptor Observations: Several pieces of penndot equipment dropped off in parking lot, looks like ditch cleaning or paveing in the next couple of days. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Darrell Smith (<oleagleye...>)
