Fun reading of this eBird checklist from Saturday, Sept 27 of 4 New Yorker birders with what seems to me to be one of the most exciting rarity finds in US birding history, an Arctic Warbler, seen and well-documented on Randall's Island. No doubt there will be a few familiar CT names among the many who trekked over to the Island yesterday and today to find the bird. Congrats to all who succeeded.
