I spent about an hour there and found it to be very quiet. In the Eastern part of the parking lot, there were a couple of Western Tanagers in the Catalina Cherry trees along the edge. A small group of Warblers flew into the tipu trees from an area behind the cherry trees, but didn't stay long. I managed to pull out a female Black-and-white Warbler, a Wilson's Warbler, and a dull Yellow Warbler from the group. The other tow birds looked like ORange-crowned but were hard to see.
I moved to the western parking lot and found exactly two birds: a Black Phoebe and an Anna's Hummingbird. Some birders arrived as I was leaving, so perhaps things got better later on.
On another topic, I found this report to be extremely interesting and I pass it along for your enjoyment.
