Trying to be helpful, I did some land records digging online.

Based on the online Darien land records, here’s a list of the *probable*
owners of 72 Sedgwick Ave, Darien prior to the current owners (since 2004,
who have stated on the Reddit post that they are not the owners of the
book).

Perhaps if you know of any of them and could check to see if they’ve lost a
guide, let me know and I can try to facilitate getting them in touch with
the Reddit user who originally posted the guide.
