Subject: [northbaybirds] Continuing Outer Point (Marin Co.) rarities 9/22/2025 |
I visited some locations on Outer Point Reyes this afternoon and was able to catch up with some of rarer migrants reported over the weekend.
At Fish Docks an American Redstart and Blackpoll Warbler were in the residence cypresses and what’s left of the pine stand, respectively.
At Nunes, the Dickcissel briefly appeared on the utility wire that crosses over the road near the main barn.
At Drake’s Beach, the Mourning Warbler was quite vocal as it continued to skulk around the monument.
