Weather: Overcast with a fairly consistent cloud ceiling limiting lift potential. Light south winds throughout the day 1-5mph kept migrants low.
Raptor Observations: Great looks at two young bald eagle interacting on slope of 1. Nice liftoff of broad-winged hawk starting after 9est.
Non-raptor Observations: black-throated blue warbler, blue jay, cedar waxwing, tree swallow, barred owl.
Predictions: Partly sunny with a high of 81, calm wind becoming SW in afternoon.
